What a great meal! I have been to this location a couple times a year for last 15 years and food and service has been kinda going down last few years. Wife and I decided to have a date nite on Sunday and we picked outback. I'm glad we did, we went around 5pm and got right in. Within couple of minutes Ethan our waiter showed up and took our drink orders and got our appetizer of coconut shrimp on the way. Super friendly and definitely not his first day. He was always there when needed and kept drinks full. Our food came out perfectly cooked and even had dessert. Jess the manager stopped by and checked on us after we were seated and welcomed us and also stopped by AFTER we got our meal which I love because most managers never show back up to see how food turned out. We told her how great Ethan was doing and she agreed he was a great team member but thanked me for the positive feedback. It was one of the best meals we have had in a while going out. Great manager, food and service.
Service was great. We sat at the bar and Pedro was excellent. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and made great Old Fashions
The food was good. Filet was cooked correctly and the lobster tail as well. Try the potato soup. What was better than the food was the service! Sarah had the best attitude and was attentive to the table. She was active at all tables and extremely polite. You could tell she enjoyed her job. One of the best servers I have ever had!
, 9/29/23 was a great experience! I was offered a do-over by the manager, Miesha. My serverToday was Ms Kat, very friendly and professional. Her energy made me feel welcomed, I ordered a shrimp & chicken alfredo, and Ms Kat offered extra alfredo sauce, which the dish needed. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Ms. Kat and Miesha checked on me a few times throughout my dining. I appreciate the entire Outback team for making my experience what it should have been on my first visit. This was my 2nd visit at this restaurant, It was like night and day. I would recommend this Outback to my family and friends!!! I have to mention the ambiance, it was very, very hot inside like the Air Conditioner was not working well, the floors really need a deep degreesing, they are very slippery.
